Events - May Joint Meeting

Each May, TAG holds a two-day meeting of representatives of all committees and groups at a member campus. More than forty key Members attend this forum at which group strategies are formed, current contracts are reviewed, the impending tender process is discussed, new categories considered and redundant categories jettisoned. As the second main event on our calendar, this meeting plays an important role in Members maintaining an input into the decision making process.

This year the 2008 TAG May Joint Meeting was hosted by University of Southern Queensland Student Guild, Toowoomba and held at on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 May

45 Members converged for two days of management and planning discussions, through which our strategies and operational paths for the coming year were formalised. It was a fantastic event that covered a lot of ground, cementing its growing stature as our main strategic gathering.
